Agent Authorization Agreement
This is a limited, revocable authorization — not a power of attorney, not a lawyer–client relationship, and not permission to take your money.
What you authorize
- To connect to a mailbox you designate, with the scopes you grant, to look for commercial messages.
- To extract purchase, subscription, refund, and similar facts from those messages.
- To prepare claim emails and filing kits for your review.
- After a separate, per-claim approval, to send the exact approved email from your mailbox — or to hand you a prefilled form for you to submit.
What you do not authorize
- Signing your name on a perjury-attested form (you submit those yourself).
- Batch-filing settlement claims.
- Logging into your bank or retailer accounts with stored passwords.
- Receiving, holding, or directing recovered funds.
- Negotiating debts or touching credit reports.
Revocation
Disconnect your mailbox or close your account at any time. Outstanding approved emails already sent cannot be unsent; we will stop new processing immediately.
