If we don't recover money, you don't pay. Ever.

Card on file is requested only when you approve your first claim — never at signup. We never take custody of recovered funds.

  • Fee locked when you approve the claim, charged only after you confirm the money arrived
  • Never earlier than 7 business days after funds reach you, with a pre-charge notice 2 business days before
  • One-click dispute freezes that charge
  • You can file most claims yourself for free. Unclaimed property is always free here.

Fee questions.

When do you charge the card?

After you confirm you received the recovered money (or after an auto-detected recovery you were notified about and did not dispute), we wait 7 business days, send a pre-charge notice, then charge the success fee. Failed payments retry three times over 10 days; we never lock you out of your own data.

Why is unclaimed property free?

States return this money for free. Charging a finder fee generally requires per-state licensing. We never file these claims and never charge for the search. We link you to the official state portal.

Why a flat $9 on settlements?

We prepare a filing kit. You submit the official form yourself. The $9 is charged only after a payout is confirmed received — not when you file, and never if you recover nothing.
