DICK’S Sporting Goods markets a Best Price Guarantee — “If You Find a Lower Price, We’ll Match It” — and points to dickssportinggoods.com/s/policy/price-match-policy. As of September 2, 2026 that policy page was not readable from here (site error). This guide will not fill the gap with a blog’s “14-day price adjustment.” Open that URL yourself before you ask.

• DICK’S footer and cart copy advertise a Best Price Guarantee and link the price-match policy URL above.
• Returns are a separate page: DICK’S return policy. A return is not an adjustment.
• Secondary write-ups disagree: some describe a 14-day competitor match after purchase; others say DICK’S does not adjust its own later markdown. Until the official policy page loads, treat those as unverified.

How to ask without inventing a window

Read the live Best Price Guarantee page. In a store, bring the receipt and the current proof the page names (DICK’S own listing, or a qualifying competitor). Online, use DICK’S chat or the phone number on that page, as the purchaser. Ask which facts the current guarantee covers: own-price after purchase, competitor at register, or both.
